In the field of industrial refrigeration, the stable operation of compressors is critical to the reliability and energy efficiency of the entire system. However, semi-hermetic compressors often face multiple potential risks during operation: motor overheating, insufficient oil pressure, low oil level, excessive discharge pressure, or low suction pressure—any of which, if not addressed promptly, can lead to equipment damage, system shutdown, or significant losses. Traditional protection methods are often limited in function and slow to respond. The Electronic Integrated Protection Module integrates multiple detection and control functions, enabling fully automated management from early warning to shutdown protection.

·Multi-Layer Protection

1. Motor Temperature Protection: Real-time monitoring prevents overheating and motor burnout.

2. Smart Oil Pressure Monitoring: Triggers protection after 90 seconds of continuous low pressure, auto-retry after 180 seconds—balancing fault tolerance and safety.

3. Automatic Oil Level Management: Stops compressor if oil level remains below limit for 120 seconds, resumes operation after recovery with delay; supports external oil replenishment solenoid valve control.

4. High/Low Pressure Differential Protection: Immediate shutdown in case of overpressure or underpressure, auto-resumes after fault reset.

·Multi-Status Indicator Lights

1. "Flashing Red Light" – Host protection shutdown, indicates the oil pressure has been continuously below the electronic oil pressure differential set value for 90 seconds. It automatically attempts to connect twice after a 180-second delay, each detection period lasting 30 seconds. If the oil pressure is above the lower limit of the oil pressure differential, the compressor operates normally. If the oil pressure remains below the set lower limit after two startup attempts, the module automatically locks out and will not connect again.Multi-Status Indicator Lights

2. "Flashing Green Light" – Host protection shutdown, indicates the compressor motor temperature has exceeded the module's protection set upper limit. When the compressor motor temperature drops to the module's protection set lower limit, the protection module automatically connects. If after two automatic start attempts the compressor runs but the motor temperature still exceeds the upper limit, the module automatically locks out and will not connect again.

3. "Flashing Yellow Light" – Host protection shutdown, indicates the compressor oil level has been below the minimum operable lower limit for over 120 seconds. When the compressor oil level returns to the operable upper limit, the protection module automatically connects after a 180-second delay.

4. "Alternating Red and Yellow Lights" – Host protection shutdown, indicates the compressor discharge pressure is above the set value or the suction pressure is below the set value (pressure protection). After troubleshooting and resetting the high/low pressure, the protection module automatically resets and connects.

This protection module is specially designed for semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors and is ideal for applications requiring long-term stable compressor operation, such as cold storage facilities, commercial refrigeration, and industrial cooling systems.
