Refrigeration compressor discharge temperature is too high reasons
Refrigeration compressor exhaust temperature is too high reasons may include the following aspects:
1. poor condenser heat dissipation: the condenser is a component that cools high temperature and high pressure gases into liquids, if the condenser is subject to dirt, dust or clogging, it will affect the heat dissipation effect, resulting in high exhaust gas temperature.
2. overload operation: refrigeration compressor in the operation process if the load is too large, beyond its design capacity range, will lead to increased exhaust gas temperature. This may be caused by improper system design, high ambient temperature or overload operation.
3. Compressor internal problems: If there are problems inside the refrigeration compressor, such as blade wear, aging seals, repeated start and stop of the compressor, etc., it will lead to increased exhaust gas temperature. These problems usually require timely repair or replacement of damaged parts.
4. Insufficient or excessive refrigerant: refrigerant is an important element in the refrigeration system, if the refrigerant amount is insufficient or excessive, it will affect the refrigeration effect, resulting in high exhaust gas temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to add or discharge refrigerant correctly according to the requirements of the refrigeration system.
5. Poor heat dissipation of the evaporator: the evaporator is the liquid refrigerant evaporated into a gaseous state of the components, if the evaporator by the dirt or clogging, will affect the refrigerant evaporation effect, resulting in exhaust gas temperature is too high.
To summarize, high exhaust temperature of refrigeration compressor may be caused by various reasons such as poor heat dissipation of condenser, overload operation, internal problem of compressor, refrigerant problem or poor heat dissipation of evaporator. In order to avoid this situation, the refrigeration system needs to be checked and maintained regularly to ensure that it operates normally and works efficiently. At the same time, problems should be dealt with in a timely manner and damaged parts should be repaired to maintain the stability and efficiency of the system.
